Definitions
- Product – means a product displayed for sale on our website
- Users – means the users of the website collectively
- We/us – means CheekyArts.
- CheekyArts is a trading name of MHH Creative Ltd
- Website – means the website located at www.cheekyarts.com or any subsequent URL which may replace it
- You – means a user of our website.
Cancelling your order – Once you have placed your order with us, you have the right to cancel it at any point within 24 hours from the point the order was logged on our system. After this point your order will be processed and released for dispatch.
Quality Assurance Guarantee – Every precaution is taken to ensure your order is right first time. CheekyArts inspect all pending orders for defects prior to despatch. As part of our postal due-diligence we take further care in the packaging of order to ensure no damage occurs in transit. All of our products are tested for various lengths of time to ensure they have longevity. Should you find or any quality concerns develop, please email us on customer.support@cheekyarts.com along with supplying photographic evidence so we can investigate the concerns and remedy a solution.
Damaged Orders – Should you receive a damaged consignment from us please immediately (within 24 hours) take photographs and email them to : customer.support@cheekyarts.com. if proven beyond reasonable doubt that it was received in that condition and not maliciously damaged; then in such circumstances we will offer you a replacement, replacement or CheekyArts Store voucher. After 24 hours since the order was delivered; we will consider any damage to be caused by the customer to which we would not be able to investigate further.
Checking your order – Every effort is taken to ensure your order is correct and we have sent the correct items. Should you find your order is incorrect, please immediately (within 24 hours) take photographs and email them to : customer.support@cheekyarts.com where we will promptly work with you to resolve any concerns.
Exchange Policy – Providing you have proof of purchase and return any non customised items in unused saleable condition within 28 days; we will allow you to exchange your product for any other non customised item we have on sale; or permitted the exchange of a CheekyArts Store voucher to be used via our online store within 12 months of the original purchase date.
Refunds Policy – If you simply wish to get a full refund and not exchange or receive a CheekyArts Store voucher you will need to follow our returns process outlined below:
- Items must be returned within 28 days of purchase
- You must email us at: customer.support@cheekyarts.com with your online order reference number stating your reason for the return along with providing proof of purchase. We will respond within 48 hours and if we accept your reason for the refund, we will authorise the return.
- Products must be defect free / unused with all labels / tags / with all original packaging unmarked or damaged
- Please be advised:
- Customised / commissioned products are non refundable and non exchangeable. If there is a quality issue with your customised product please email us at: customer.support@cheekyarts.com so that we can discuss how we intend to resolve any concerns.
- Some items, like some clothing for example are non refundable for hygiene and safety reasons.
- CheekyArts has the right to refuse a refund if any of the above terms are not met; and has the right to make reasonable deductions from the total order value if the items are not return in the specified condition above.
- When returning items back to us, it is your responsibility to ensure everything is securely packaged and adequate protection given to the package. We will not accept any items for a refund that is damaged in transit and cannot resell. We recommend using a trackable delivery service that has insurance so that you are covered in the event of damage or loss while on-route to us.
- CheekyArt will not refund any postage and packaging costs incurred by the sender unless there is a documented quality issue as described above.
- Once we have received your returns, we will inspect them. We will then notify you on if we will reject or uphold your request. Once returns have been approved we will refund you (minus any reductions if applicable) to your original payment method within 14 Days. Please note it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
