Definitions

• Product – means a product displayed for sale on our website
• Product Description – means that part of the website where certain terms and conditions in respect of the individual Product are provided
• Users – means the users of the website collectively
• Personal Information – means the details provided by you on registration
• We/us – means CheekyArts.
• CheekyArts is a trading name of MHH Creative Ltd
• Order – means products you have selected from our website and paid for
• Website – means the website located at www.cheekyarts.com or any subsequent URL which may replace it
• UK / United Kingdom – means England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands
• You – means a user of our website.

Operating Hours

Our website runs 24 hours a day, apart from when maintenance is undertaken. Received emails are typically responded to within 48 hours after receipt between Monday and Friday, 09:00 till 17:00 (expect bank holidays in the UK.

Processing your online order

• Small batch production – Many of our products are produced in small batches to align with our company sustainability policy. Once we have received your order we will email with a confirmation date of when you can expect your delivery.
• In stock products – All orders will be processed at the start of the next working day (Monday to Friday) and despatched. If ordering by 12pm, orders will be processed same day. If ordering over a weekend or over Bank holiday, your order will be processed on the next working day.
• Custom orders – For products that are custom designed or made; once we have received your order we will email with a confirmation date of when you can expect your delivery.
• Festive period – please be advised that to avoid disappointment the sooner your order is placed with us, the greater the chances are of receiving it time. Typically for in stock products, we need to allow up to 3 days for delivery once your order has been dispatched from us.
• Payment and processing your order – No orders will be processed unless full payment has been made.

UK deliveries only – we offer 2 postal services:

• Premium Delivery: Subject to available stock levels and capacity within our Warehouse; orders are despatched by 4pm Monday to Friday and should be delivered within 24 hours. However, as we cannot guarantee this we prefer to state that when choosing this option, deliveries should arrive within 48 hours of being despatched.
• Standard Delivery: Subject to available stock levels and capacity within our Warehouse; orders are despatched by 4pm Monday to Friday. This economy dispatch service typically takes 7 working days to deliver.

European & World deliveries – we offer the following service:

• 30 Day: Subject to available stock levels and subject to capacity within our Warehouse at the time of receiving orders, this economy dispatch service provides a 30 working day delivery time.

Local Taxation and Excise Duty: CheekyArts is not liable for local taxation or excise/ customs duties. As the customer, it is your responsibility to check what, if any charges are applied to your order. CheekyArts will not pay any such charges under any circumstances.

General postal terms and conditions

• All consignments are sent via recorded/signed for delivery. We will only dispatch products to the ‘billing’ address provided on the order. No orders will be delivered to alternative addresses.
• Where possible CheekyArts will also try to use the most competitive prices for sending products based on the number of products ordered.
• We continuedly review our postal and courier service providers to ensure we have the most competitive and up to date pricing. Pricing is subject to change without notice or warning and we reserve the right to contact customers for additional payment if costs have increased. CheekyArts reserve the right to cancel orders if costs are not met.
• In the event of CheekyArts cancelling an order, we reserve the right to deduct reasonable admin, banking fees and packaging costs from any refund unless stated in writing otherwise.
